The only change for now is the delivery date - July 10th instead of 09th (FTD doesn't deliver on Mondays)
good some people are taking notice and doing it.. lets keep it rolling and hope atleast few more add on.. cmon guys its just 35$ after all these years and so much money spent what is 30+ bucks.. I promise I will contribute to IV also regularly... make the noise.. and make sure this thing is mentioned in the blogs too so if people miss it here they will read it there and respond...

SORRY Fellas, I cannot send this out unless the provision for H1b nenewal be added to it. I know IVs main concern is reg the backlogged GC cases, however, I would request that future of the H1b should also be addresed. I now feel that even contributing to the IV was a mistake because you are not taking a broader view of this issue. Please try to include the clauses affecting H1bs also in your letters. Particularly simple technical aspects like renewing H1b beyond the 6 years period is a MUST and one of the things that can be MOST easily achieved if asked for.

After having been following most of the EB3 related threads looks like EB3 folks are on their own. It would be great if we get any help from any quarter but I think it's fine even if we don't.We need to do something/everything that we can to generate noise apart from of course following all the IV campaigns .

Another basic information. I-140 needs to be approved on its own merit. Once it is approved, the dates would be ported. There's no such extra-scrutiny added related to "porting" exercise as such.

I am seeing that reedandbamboo is considering for EB2 only. We have to include EB3 too for law-suit. I beleive that we will have more than 1000 people if we inlcude all categories.
I will give 200$( 100$ for me and 100 $ for my wife)
Ofcourse all categories are included...EB2/EB3, I/C/ROW...anyone who is unhappy with USCIS random processing and retrogression of the dates is welcome to join the fight.

Hi,
Yesterday I got the response for my SR opened on 10/16 for still not receiving FP notice yet. The letter says that the processing on my case has been delayed since the background check on my application is still open. Please contact after 6 months if you still haven't heard back from us. My assumptions are:
1. Since they did not mention any where in the letter about biometrics, they are talking about my 485 petition and not my finger printing notice. Guess they misunderstood why I opened the SR with them. Does that make sense?
2.Is it possible that I haven't received FP notice since my background check is still in progress? I thought that these were two independent process...
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

FP is definitely not connected to background check. I am sailing in the same boat. My application date was july 17th and notice day was Sep 10th. I opened a SR 45 days back with no response. NSC-TSC transfer case..:confused:

Today got the "Card Production Ordered" email for one of the 3 I765's. How

I am pretty for EB3 folks. This is really not fare to those genuine guys (not substitute ones) waiting more than 7 years. I am know few friends applied with me in EB3 have lost green card hope. They are eligible for EB2 when applying but only reason that stopped them is their company don't want them to apply in EB2 category. Praying god is the only thing I can do for them..

The first stpes may be to indentify all non-contraversial issues and then come to a common understanding on those..
To summarize a discussion with Tito, Rajeev, and go_gc_way on another thread: we should ask for 3 non-controversial things first. We can, if we need to, ask for more things in Step 2.
1. Ability to file for I-485 without current PD.
2. A renewable EAD of 5 yrs.
3. Recapture of unused visas from previous yrs (only if this is not controversial).
Guys and gals, a silver medal is better than a gold medal. The SKIL bill is a gold medal, but the bottomline is we did not win any medal on Friday. Also, I support nycgal's opinion on re-evaluation of our lobbying partner.

The purpose of this letter is to impress the person you are sending this to. You do not do that by protesting and complaining.
